I’m Aoife 24 year old doctor from Ireland who is happiest when making a mess in the kitchen. Above all I am a firm advocate that nutritious food need not mean compromising on taste.
My diet is not perfect nor completely plant based but I have found what works for me. All the recipes are free from many common allergies such as dairy, gluten and wheat as well as refined sugar as I wanted recipes suitable for all.
