DON’T be afraid to experiment with food
DON’T obsess over your weight, measure progress in how you feel rather than the number on the scales
DON’T be disheartened if you “fall off the wagon”; starting a healthy diet is not a competition no one is keeping a score, its all about you
DON’T think that it is all or nothing, why not try making a few small changes in your diet at first like heaving a healthy breakfast
