Healthy hazelnut, cinnamon hot chocolate

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp - 1+1/2 tbsp honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp crunchy hazelnut butter
  • To decorate; coconut yogurt
  1. Place the almond milk, sweetener of choice, cacao powder, cinnamon and hazelnut butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Gently bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Reduce the heat slightly and allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour into big mugs and decorate as desired.
  5. Enjoy!
