Lemon coconut cashew bliss balls {Vegan, Raw, Paleo, Gluten, Dairy, Sugar free}

Serves: Makes 6
  • ¼ cup cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup sultanas
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • Pinch turmeric
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until you have a doughy mixture.
  2. Taste and add more lemon zest if desired.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and roll into 6 balls.
  4. Roll the bliss balls in desiccated coconut and lemon zest to decorate.
  5. Enjoy!
