Superfood mint + coconut bliss balls
Recipe type: Snack
Serves: Makes 6
  • ¾ cup dessicated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbsp maple
  • 1 sachet VITL Greens
  • Few drops mint extract to taste
  • Dark chocolate to coat
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor except the mint extract.
  2. Blend until you have a doughy mixture.
  3. Add in the mint extract drop by drop tasting as you go and blending between each drop.
  4. Remove from the blender and place in a bowl.
  5. Roll the mixture into little balls.
  6. Drizzle or dip in dark chocolate if using.
  7. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the blis balls to firm up.
  8. Enjoy!
