Peanut butter + cacao cookies {Vegan, Gluten, Dairy, Sugar free}

Serves: Makes 12-15 cookies
  • 6 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oat flour or buckwheat flour
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Natvia
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (if needed)
  • Peanut drizzle:
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Natvia
  • Almond milk
  1. Preheat the oven to 170C/ 350F.
  2. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. If the mixture is too dry to come together into a "dough" slowly add in the almond milk.
  4. Divide your mixture into your desired cookie size.
  5. Roll each cookie into a ball and flatten with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  8. Meanwhile make the peanut butter drizzle by mixing together the peanut butter and desired amount of sweetener..
  9. Slowly add in the almond milk until you have a pourable consistency.
  10. Drizzle the cooled cookies with the peanut butter and decorate with chopped peanuts.
  11. Enjoy!
Oat flour will give a softer texture than the buckwheat flour.
These cookies are best enjoyed once cooled!
