Mango raspberry acai bowl

Serves: Serves 1
  • 1 large banana sliced and frozen
  • ½ mango diced
  • 2 tbsp frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  1. Combine the frozen banana, the diced mango, the frozen raspberries in a food processor and blitz.
  2. Blend the mixture and gradually add in the almond milk.
  3. Add the acai powder and blend for 2-3 minutes or until you have a smooth mixture.
  4. Top with any toppings you like, I love banana, berries, gingernut granola, coconut and lashings of almond butter.
  5. Enjoy!
