There are not a lot of ingredients in this recipe and that is kind of the point. You only want the cucumber, apple and pineapple without any additives or anything that could diminish the taste or nutritional value.
All you need is:
- ½ pineapple
- ¼ cucumber
- 4 apples
- You should make sure that the fruit is all fresh and organic if possible.
- Wash the cucumber and apples as you will be leaving them unpeeled then chop into chunks that will fit in your juicer.
- Peel the pineapple and cut in half, removing the inner hard core. Reserve the other half for another batch of juice or as a snack.
- Cut the pineapple into pieces that will fit in your juicer.
